What’s been happening:

I returned to PSU and obtained my Master of Engineering degree in 1987. Since then, I have worked for Pfizer, Medusa Cement, Southdown Cement, LaFarge and am currently employed as Area Manager for Vulcan Materials in the Western Division. My wife, Peggy, and I live in Fresno, CA. My greatest accomplishment in this position has been the locating, purchasing, tearing down and reconstruction of "Midas", one of the largest electric draglines on the west coast. I found the BE 680W in Ohio and had it hauled to our Sanger, CA plant in 78 tractor trailer truckloads - one year later it moved its first bucket of dirt - Midas now stands tall and proud among the foothills of California.
